Custom orders are for designs created from scratch just for you. Tell me what you’re imagining, whether it’s for a player, parent, team, coach, special event, inside joke, or something entirely different. Give me the details, colors, wording, inspiration, and overall vibe, and I’ll take it from there.

Looking to add a name, number, position, or other simple detail to an existing Rinkville design? You don’t need a custom order! Look for the Personalize Your Gear option on eligible products in the Pro Shop.

How Custom Orders Work

1. Tell me your idea. Fill out the request form with as much (or as little!) information as you have.
2. I’ll review your request. I’ll make sure I understand what you’re looking for and determine pricing before design work begins.
3. Approve the details. You’ll receive the price and next steps before committing to the order.
4. I get to work! Once everything is approved, I’ll create your custom design.
5. Make it yours. After your design is approved, we’ll finalize your product and order.

Custom design fees may apply based on the complexity of your request and are non-refundable once design work has begun. Final product pricing will depend on the item(s) selected.

Custom Design for Merch – Deposit *

Custom orders require a non-refundable design deposit of $15, that will be applied to the final price of the item. Orders are reviewed before design work begins. You’ll receive pricing, a mock-up, and next steps after your request is approved. Total custom design pricing will vary based on product and complexity. Total must be paid before creating the item begins, payments are non-refundable once design work has started.
